  1. How do I place an order for customization of the Garment?

To get a customized product, feel free to contact us via mail- teamthegreydot@gmail.com or contact number +91 7424834886 with the product code mentioned in description and details about customization. Our team at The Grey Dot will get back to you and will update you about the changes in the cost if any.

 

 

  1. What if the Size Chart doesn't contain my size?

You can mail us at teamthegreydot@gmail.com to send exact measurements so that we can deliver a perfectly sized product to your doorstep.       

 

 

  1. What if Alterations are required in the product that I buy?

We generally run true to the size chart mentioned on the website or as per the measurements provided by the client, however in case of alterations, you need to ship the product back to us with the correct sizing.
Please note that shipping would be borne by the client for alteration purposes. For any outfits purchased on promotional offers or discounts, there would be an additional cost of alteration that the client will have to pay.

 

 

  1. How many days it would take to deliver my garment?

We start preparing the order as soon as we receive the payment, once into production we deliver the product to you within 7-21 working days. However, if you wish to receive your order earlier/later or in a specific time frame – please contact us on +91 7424834886 and our team will assist you with the same.

 

 

  1. What if I need help to style your product?

We will help you with any product related queries and will provide styling assistance if you require. You can contact us via mail i.e., teamthegreydot@gmail.com or contact number +91 7424834886. Our team will help you out.

 

 

 

  1. How to get a garment customised as per a different size or color?

We at The Grey Dot would be happy to make a customised garment to your color preference and custom measurements. You can reach out to us at teamthegreydot@gmail.com or whatsapp at +91 7424834886 with a screenshot of the garment you like.

 

 

  1. Why is the color of my garment different from the photo?

Slight difference in color from the visible product image is possible. There are times when a camera or a computer monitor can’t match the perspective of the eye and then there are times when the photography lighting makes it look a bit different. Slight difference is unavoidable.

 

 

  1. Do you customise an xs / xxxl?

Yes, you can refer to our size chart or a garment can be made as per your measurements for a customised fit.

 

 

  1. How can I check the status of my order?

We will email you the tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track the order on the concerned courier partner’s website.
