Cancellations & Return Policy

We adhere to a strict no-cancellation policy. Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations won't be possible.Our garments are all on a made to order basis.  In case of any sizing or alteration issues with your order, other than the orders placed during any sale, you can reach out to us through email on teamthegreydot@gmail.com within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you. Our team will assist you with the alteration process. In the event any alteration/sizing issue is raised by you, you must send the order back to us no later than 7 days from the date of the issue being raised. The cost of sending the courier back to us shall be borne by you. Delivery is taken care of by us. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you should email us on teamthegreydot@gmail.com a photo of the damaged product along with a detailed video highlighting the damage with the product code within 48 hours of receiving your order.

In case of any alterations in the garments shipped internationally, return shipping should be borne by the customer since we request for at least one trial to fit the garment best to your size.
